The consequence of Population Boost on the Environment

As unavoidable as death and taxation, the population of the world will carry on and grow until the government intervenes. The major increase in human population will generally lead to negative effects on the environment. In the anthology, A Forest of Voices, an entry titled " Is It Past too far? " simply by Anthony Weston deals with a brief history of legal guidelines for the protection of the environment and stories of it's damage that are all too real. Apparently, as the citizenry increases, so should the amount of intelligence for any sample populace which could necessarily cause a certain form of protection towards the environment.
