In the beginning of 1990s, Reson A/S, a company specializing in underwater acoustics and high power ultrasonics, faced managerial problem. They needed to rethink tips on how to manage the introduction of new products, while using target to reduce the development period from three years to three months. As a result, Reson A/S received new major customers which in turn needs to be dished up quickly and effectively with existing technologies. Reson select two ways to manage its development projects: 1) opening up the organization; produced the company lifestyle and open communication, 2) making the expansion teams themselves accountable for brief project periods by giving unrestricted trust and unlimited financial resources to the job manager. Towards the end, Reson was successful to deal with the new job, and productivity jumped by 50%

1 . Reson's Managerial Difficulties at the beginning of the 1990
